Public liability insurance held
ProudHouse holds AAMI business insurance with a $10 million public liability limit and a $10 million products liability limit.
Policy period: 16 October 2026 to 4pm on 16 October 2027.

Care starts before the clean
We consider the surface, its condition, safe access and the surrounding property before agreeing on the work. We discuss existing damage or concerns we identify and explain any limits to the result you can reasonably expect.
A method suited to the surface
Pressure washing and soft washing serve different purposes. We select an appropriate method for the surface and condition, with care around seals, coatings, fittings and other sensitive areas.
Respect for your surroundings
We plan around access, plants, outdoor belongings, pets and nearby areas. Please let us know about delicate surfaces, known leaks or damage, electrical concerns and any areas that need special attention.
Work assessed individually
Roofs, solar panels, high areas and specialist surfaces require an individual assessment of access, method and suitability before we accept the work.
Responsible wastewater management
We assess runoff and drainage as part of planning the clean. Read our Wastewater Management policy for more information.
